Hi Adrian,
probably you publish for your CREAM CE the (still default?) value "Special" for the CE Status. This can be changed in file /opt/glite/etc/gip/plugin/glite-info-dynamic-ce. There should be something like
sed -e 's/GlueCEStateStatus: Production/GlueCEStateStatus: Production/'
You also should add the variable CREAM_CE_STATE="Production" in your site-info.def
