PS Where did the 'envy of the world' phrase originate? A politician, I presume. Interesting how fierce an argument it has taken in USA for a social model to be accepted, let alone a Nash equivalent. Down here in the colonies, people shudder if there is mention of Medicare following along NHS lines.
