I don't seem to be able to find a test NMRPipe pseudo data set to look at
(although I must have had one somewhere), but reading the code, I think
that what is happening is that inside the *.ft2 file it claims there are
256 points, and so that it what the code is expecting. If I remember
correctly, we had this issue with Bruker pseudo data as well so added an
option in the dialog of changing the number of points from what it thought
it was to what you want. It looks like we need to do this for NMRPipe as
well.
Is it possible to send me the data files? If they gzip up to more than 10
Mb or so then try just the first (say) three planes, that should be enough
for me to test fixing this.
