Subject: Re: Archives - Suggested Reading?

As a current archives and record management student I can recommend Managing Archives by Caroline Williams. It's a relatively slim volume but myself and many of my fellow students are constantly referring to it. Another of our key texts is Keeping Archives (3rd Edit) edited by J Bettington, K Eberhard, R Loo and C Smith. This one comes with a handy CD-rom of form templates but the book is very Australia-centric and wasn't the easiest to get hold of.
I suggest a subscription to Society of Archivists and Records Management society, just for access to their respective journals
