Hi Jonathan,
If by 'label_list' you mean a cell array with a list of condition
labels with the same size as the number of trials, this should work
except you should do:
D = D.conditions([], label_list);
Otherwise you can try something like:
D = D.conditions([1 2 5 7 ...], 'cond1');
where the first argument is a vector with the indices of trials
belonging to condition 1.
