Dear Michael,
indeed, the batch is referencing a file which may be in a different
location on your computer. SPM always stores full paths to files - if
you move your data or run a batch on a different installation of SPM,
you will have to modify the batch.
If you save your batch as an m-file, you should be able to use any text
editor or command line utility like sed, awk ... to search and replace
paths to match the new file system layout.
Hope this helps,
Volkmar
