According to Chandler's 'Summary' [page 188], it appeared without a title in both the 'Daily Telegraph' and the 'New York Times' on 19 October 1916 as well as in 'Sea Warfare' in the same year. The title was added in 1919 in 'The Years Between' and 'Verse: Inclusive Edition'.
