Yes, you specify activations one at the time. You could also specify
multiple timecourses for each voxel, however it takes an enormous
amount of memory to simulate images this way.
Hence we do not offer it via the GUI, as it should not be used unless
absolutely necessary.
If you do need to use it then try doing it on a small FOV to start with.
