Hi Chien-Han,
the easiest way is to binarise your tfce results:
fslmaths my_tfce_corrp -thr 0.95 -bin tfce_mask
then use this mask to extract the normalised values for each subject:
fslmeants -i GM_mod_merg_s* -m tfce_mask -o my_tfce_res.txt
If you want the volume of GM: multiply each of the results in the text file by the output of:
fslstats tfce_mask -V
