Dear all,

Just a quick email to update you all on the plans for our next meeting in
January, and to throw open the floor to those of you who would like to make a
contribution

I have attached an agenda for the day - as you will see there are a few gaps
that I'm hoping we will fill together. The theme for the day is  'Making our
lives and our jobs easier', so with that in mind I thought it would be
uplifting to showcase some examples of good practice that have really made an
impact in our different settings. If you've got any examples that you'd like
to present - even if for only 5 minutes - then please do let me know.

I've also put some time aside to discuss some of the joint projects that have
been proposed via this email group. If those of you who have been working on
these projects could say a few words to update the rest of us I'd be very
grateful.

You may remember that at the last meeting in July one of the actions we
discussed was putting together a jargon-busting glossary of employability-
related terms; I've timetabled some time in the afternoon to make a start on
this.

Finally, please could you confirm once again whether or not you are planning
to attend so that I can finalise the catering? I promise this will be the
last time I ask! I will confirm precise details of the venue nearer the time
as this will also depend on numbers.
