Have a potential scenario that hasn't quite arisen yet.
A s.29 request is made by a local authority for certain information in
relation to a fraud investigation. The data subject suspects there may be
an investigation ongoing and asks if such a request has been made.
What to do? Could just be my brain on a Monday morning....
