It's also possible that this is due to a ctruncate problem: if the CAD
job adds the SHARP MTZ file (with C2) and a MTZ file coming from
ctruncate (with 'C121' instead of 'C 1 2 1') you could see that
too. See

and the changes of 6 weeks ago.
So it might be rather something in CCP4/Clipper than ARP/wARP ;-)
