NEW POST: Senior Research Fellow in Quantitative Methods (Full time,
fixed term for three years)
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic senior research fellow to work
with a multi-disciplinary group of researchers and students in health
and social care sciences.
The successful applicant will build expertise in statistics and
quantitative research methodologies in our Faculty research community,
help build research capacity and help secure external research funding.
The post holder will provide statistical input and methodological advice
to researchers conducting a variety of health and social care research
projects and also teach on post-graduate programmes, particularly the
MRes in Clinical Research and doctoral students. The new senior research
fellow will also be part of an active group of medical statisticians in
St George’s, University of London on which to draw professional support
and opportunities for continuing professional development.
Successful applicants will have post-graduate qualifications in
statistics, or a closely related discipline, an excellent knowledge of
advanced statistical methods for health and social care research plus an
interest in current issues in health and social care.
Salary: £39,305 to £46,395 per annum inclusive of London Weighting
