WHOS, based in NSW and QLD, caters for individuals who are experiencing difficulties with Alcohol and Other Drug dependence. Our programs are based on the Therapeutic Community (TC) model of care. We currently have services located in Sydney, the Hunter Valley and on the Sunshine Coast.
The Role:
Initially this role includes the management of a number of diversified TC service enhancement projects made up of small teams including but not limited to; Family Support Workers (2), Aftercare & Outreach Workers (2), Therapeutic Environment Operations (2), Catering and related skills education (1). This position will be responsible for the monitoring of allocated projects (KPIs), includes team human resource issues and reporting to the Executive Director on all matters of project compliance as set out in Organisational, State and Federal funding agreements and back up relief management duties where required.
Requirements:
Positive and dynamic attitude to management challenges, health/or related management related qualification or in process of, experience managing teams/projects, substantial experience in quality management accreditation and operational systems, skills to manage property and service activities related to a therapeutic program environment, current NSW drivers license, computer literacy and word processing skills.
Desirable:
Experience in AOD treatment or related field, mental health and harm minimisation. Public Relations experience.
Remuneration:
Salary Packaging available and negotiated on skills and experience.
