Hmm, removing ~/adam/*.sdf doesn't seem to help.
In the pipeline is it running on data cubes or 2-d images? I'm finding
it segfaults if I run it on a 3d-cube (even if it only has one pixel in
the third dimension), but not if I run it on a 2-d image.
