You should open those datasets in 3D source reconstruction interface
and click through all the steps there again (up to and including
'Forward model'). It might be enough to do it for one file (depending
on whether you moved the files around and changed the paths or not).

I suspect this has to do with the fact that you have very large
connection matrices and SPM graphics window can only handle a small
number of those graphs reasonably well. I suggest that you put a
breakpoint in spm_dcm_erp_results, find where those graphs are being
plotted and then modify the code, for instance to plot each one in a
separate figure.
