Dear Desmond,
you get this error because you don't have the write permission on the
header of the functional images (fM00223*.hdr) so just untick the
read-only attribute to all of them.
Or, maybe simpler, just download the files again, I've just changed the
archive format to ZIP and you will not have such troubles:
