Challenging new role at this investment bank, with dual focus on traditional records management activities (retention schedules, etc) and also on legal hold and discovery. You will be liaising with users to identify records and assign retention periods, and also with legal counsel to identify scope for discovery requests, gain sign off for costs, work with IT to identify where required information is held, liaise with external e-recovery vendors and return data securely to the lawyers.
In addition to records management experience gained in an organisation of significant size and complexity and ideally in a regulated industry (eg finance, pharmaceutical, tobacco), you will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills, self organisation and motivation and good team working skills.
Location - London
Salary - £40-60,000 + benefits
