I'm interested in hearing from any libraries which not only allow library users to
submit online requests for Inter-library loans, but also accept online payment
for this service too.
We charge our students £4-00 for all inter-library loans but because we
require payment upfront for this service we currently require students to visit
the library to pay before we submit the request to other institutions for
processing.
We would like to introduce online payments and would like to know if anyone
else is doing this.
How do you manage this?
What Inter-library loan and library management system are you using?
What online payment system are you using?
How did you set this up?
How easy is this to manage?
in fact any information on this gratefully received
Please reply off list and I will happily collate the answers for everyone
many thanks
