It's okay via IP authentication, single or multi-database:

Kind regards,

Hello Sharon-
We are having problems gaining access from -within- the campus. A
colleague has contacted EBSCO and is waiting to hear back. It is a
little confusing however, as he is currently off-campus but can get in
onto the EBSCOHost platform via 'Find e-Journal' (using our SFX AZ list)
He tells me we might be able to get in directly via
http://search.ebscohost.com/ the EBSCOHost home page, via IP
authentication.
Staff here on campus report it is only when trying to search the EBSCO
databases as single resources i.e. from 'Find Resource' that you hit
problems. They are apparently fine when accessed via 'Multi-search'.
Hopefully EBSCO will respond soon.

Hi,
Is anyone else having problems today with off-campus access to EBSCO
databases using Shibboleth?
Thanks,
