Hi Sally,
We are still not charging for our enquiries, though it has been mooted in the current climate, especially as our council colleagues at Aberdeen Central Library do. See also Moray Council libraries who I believe have a system for taking enquiry payments online.
Hope this helps - it would be interesting to see what others do.
