Dear SPM List,
I ran some pre-processing in SPM8 using a 3x3x3 voxel size instead of the
2x2x2 default during normalisation. When I run the first-level analysis with
this data, the crosshairs on the resulting images do not start at 0 0 0 (as
has been the case in my previous studies), but at 0 -1 1. Additionally (and
presumably as a result), the co-ordinates as listed in the table are also
shifted by 1mm (minus 1 in the y direction, and plus 1 in the z direction).
This does not happen if I use the default voxel size of 2x2x2, which works
fine. I am happy to use the default, but I wanted to find out what might be
causing this slight shift, and whether anyone else had noticed the same problem.
Thanks very much,
Cat Sebastian
