Hi,
I wrote a Matlab script that performs all the spatial processing steps
after each other, starting with conversion of Dicom files,
realignment, over coregistration, estimation of the transformation
warp and finally normalisation. After we switched to spm8, I adjusted
the script to work with spm8. Surprisingly the results look different
(in comparison to those when running the same script under spm5) in
this way, that both data (anatomical and functional) are shifted and
cutted in at least 2 dimensions. Another problem is that functional
and anatomical data do not coincide but are displaced, although the
same warp (..._meanEPI_seg_sn.mat) (computed in the estimation step)
is used. I have attached two screenshots demonstrating those problems.
Does anybody has an idea, what might be the reason for those problems?
Best wishes,
Corinna
