Have you been following the reviews to David Kynaston's new book FAMILY
BRITAIN 1951-1959? It's receiving a lot of reviews.
He used Mass Observation quite a lot especially the diaries we have
collected since the Archive came to Sussex - that is diaries which were not
written by Mass Observers in the 50s but privately kept and donated to the
Archive since the 1970s. Does this make a difference?
