I'm not sure what there is to check - there are going to be resources
that won't/can't run glExec, the only question is how to deal with that,
and anyone that submits multiuser pilot jobs to sites like that can't
support them will be breaching the grid acceptable use and security
policies, and should find themselves getting banned in the normal manner.
What would be useful would be a way of advertising, on a per-subcluster
basis, which resources do and which do not support multi-user pilots.
It isn't as simple as whether or not they've got glExec installed suid;
there are other possibilities for preventing the potential proxy pinching
problem.
