I'm a big fan of Red Road (2006)
Freeze Frame (2004)and Minority Report (2002)jump to mind, but I
wouldn't say 'favourite'.
Currently on TV is the series Defying Gravity, a near-future sci-fi
about a space mission. It's not the main focus, but the crew are under
pretty much complete surveillance (video/audio/biometric) by ground
control.

The Conversation. I can't recommend it enough.

people are dead because of him."
