Hi Matthijs,
delete the "agi_xxx.sdf" file in your $HOME directory. This contains the
AGI database that defines how the plot surface is split into regions,
along with other information about how to align coordinate systems. I
expect you've got into a bad state (you can also clear the graphics
surface using the "gdclear" command, but removing the database from time
to time is also good).
