Dear SPMers
Recently I encountered a problem in pre-processing my data which
consists of functional images and MPRAGE (sagittal) in that the
structural files were not in the same orientation as the functionals
(axial). I have been performing manual rigid-body rotations on each
subject using the 6 parameters (yaw, roll, pitch, forward, right, up).
I used MRIConvert to convert all my DICOM files as I also have
spectroscopy and DTI files that I wanted to exclude.
I then discovered that the orientation problem can easily be fixed by
using DICOMImport in SPM rather than MRIConvert.
I just wanted to share this with anyone who may potentially run into a
similar problem.
Kind regards,
Reem Jan
