Dear SPMers
I have a question about reporting stats in spm5 I hope you can help with. When I report my results I usually set the threshold at 0.001 and then report any signif clusters under the cluster-level p corrected column sometimes the first result in the table is set-level corrected and thus the cluster level no longer looks significant (under cluster column) even though the z value is higher than any others in the table
ok so my question is how do I report this when it happens?
As I make tables reporting my cluster level corrections I don't want to report the set level so what should I do? I have the high z value and no corresponding corrected p level to give to it
surely I don't have to do an SVC to get the p value?
Thanks so much in advance
Ciara
