Things move so rapidly in Twitterverse, I wonder whether a printed book is a good idea since the advice will be out of date by the time people start reading it.
Even if published online, there is too little research, and everything is far too new for there to be that much useful advice - especially as Twitter is one of those really weird things that one has to be in the Twitter stream flow to start understanding how it functions.
For an online resource, I would suggest possibly waiting a bit longer till those of us who are creating Twitter Lists have had time to list museums and related things (such as exhibits that tweet) and then to make lists of Lists (and I have already chatted to a couple of people about this) to categorise further so you start to have examples gathered in just a few places for people to see.
