People and Places website
Dear MCG list,
The British Museum is managing People and Places, a project that aims to
engage small groups of 13 to 20 year olds with their local museums. The
website will be a hub for profiling the activity happening in six
regional museums across the country. We're shortly going to be
tendering for a contractor to design, build and host a website that will
profile the People and Places project. It will be quite a small site,
and could be built on open source software such as Drupal or Wordpress.
If you are a company interested, or know of a great company who might be
interested, preferably with experience of working with Museums, please
email me your details and we will send you the tender.
Many thanks,
Matthew
