About cluster command line tool: What tools do you mean? I found
fslmaths with different operation, but I want find something like
output files after FEAT, like this:
cluster_zstat1.html / .txt the list of significant clusters for contrast 1.
lmax_zstat1.txt and _std.txt are lists of local maxima within clusters
found when thresholding,
which can you see in the cluster browser.
