Dear All
Apologies for asking advice on a private matter but does anyone know of
any sources of advice for a Chinese migrant living in Bangkok who is
having trouble getting a passport for her baby - the baby's Thai father
wants to keep the baby in Thailand - she wants to return to China.
If anyone has any suggestions please let me know off-list at

Thanks very much
Best wishes
Lucy
