Temporary for fifteen months, due to external funding
Salary: up to £29,705
We are seeking a Research Officer to take a leading role in the development,
implementation, analysis and dissemination of an AHRC/ESRC funded research project on
young people and religion, ‘Negotiating Identity: young people’s perspectives on faith
values, community norms and social cohesion’.
You will be able to demonstrate doctoral level research activity in an appropriate
discipline and experience in the field or substantial relevant research experience. You will
have experience of research design, planning and data analysis, including the
development of research materials for qualitative data collection.
The post holder will liaise with stakeholders, work with young people, employ complex
methodologies, and take high levels of day-to-day management responsibility for the
