Seems sensible to determine the site and then do nothing until the
occupant changes, by determining, any conveyancer will notice this in
the search and come to the council and be told the property has issues
which will alert the buyers and allow a fair consideratoin of the costs
against purchase price.
Is there something in the rules on determined properties that forces
remediation within a certain time frame?
