Position: Senior Insight Analyst (1 Year Maternity Cover)
Salary: £38 - £40k
Could you play a key role delivering database-driven customer insight for ACEnt, the commercial arm of the newly-formed charity Age UK, the laregst organisation addressing older peoples issues.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Selection and Analysis teams to provide expert advice to support the development of ACEntís marketing strategies. You will be confident to use a range of analytical techniques to draw insight from the data and make recommendations to help the business maximise its revenue thorough both online and offline marketing activities. At the same time you should be able to utilise Business Intelligence tools to create reports to provide relevant and timely business information. In addition you will manage the relationship with the data bureau relationship, and line-manage the Customer Insight Analyst.
The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent in a numerate discipline (Maths/Statistics), a knowledge of statistical software (ideally SPSS and/or FastsStats) and experience in campaign analysis, profiling, segmentation and modelling, preferably within a direct marketing environment.
We are looking for a confident self-starter, able to deliver projects to tight deadlines. You will need to combine an imaginative but practical approach to problem-solving with a confident and personable character, capable of building strong working relationships both with clients and within the database teams.
