We have disabled the TKIP protection, as we were getting hundreds of
them a day:
config wlan security tkip hold-down <0-60 seconds> <wlan id>
I'd love to turn TKIP off and just go for WPA2/AES but there are just
too many devices which can only do WPA. :-(
