KAPPA: Report the NDF dimensionality in BLOCK prior to obtaining BOX parameter.

If fewer box sizes are supplied than the number of dimensions of the
NDF, then the final value is duplicated for the missing dimensions.
In case this is not desired, a message at normal level now informs the
user of the NDF dimensionality, if it is more than one, before
prompting for Parameter BOX. The parameter system already re-prompts
should too many BOX values be supplied.

KAPPA: Remove dimensionality constraint from BLOCK.

        - block.f: Made to operate on n-dimensional data. Withdraw AXES
parameter added at the previous modification. Added two examples.

Note this is Version 1.11-9 should scripts need to test whether the
AXES parameter is available or not, and inverting, whether cubes can
be smoothed in all three of its dimensions simultaneously.

KAPLIBS: Added new routines for n-dimensional block smoothing.

      These are as follows.
         - kpg_blon.gdr: Smooths an n-dimensional image using box filter.
         - kpg_bmdn.gdr: Smooths an n-dimensional array using a block median filter.

Add instantiated files to the ignore list.

KAPLIBS: Fix type-declaration bug in kpg1_bmed.gdr.

Declare variable INVAL with generic local type (from REAL) to prevent
      comparing and assigning a single-precision value to a double-precision
      bad value.
