Dear Ankit,
this should work in a similar manner in SPM8. Note however, that the
internal structure of the jobs variable has changed slightly:
jobseg{1}.spatial{1}.preproc.data{1}
would become
jobseg{1}.spm.spatial.preproc.data{1}
Alternatively, you can prepare a job template which just leaves the data
field empty ('<-X' in the GUI, '<UNDEFINED>' in the job variable). This
can be used in a call like
spm_jobman('serial',jobseg,'',{strcat(Mprage,',1')})
to fill in and run the job. See the batch chapter of the SPM8 manual for
details.
