Hi Tony,
If you run maxfilter with verbose option (-v) and redirect the output to
a file
(> log.txt), you can fetch these numbers from lines starting with '#t',
e.g.,
#t = 339.000, #e = 0.21 cm, #g = 1.000, #v = 0.40 cm/s, #r = 0.15 rad/s,
#d = 0.66 cm
Here, t=time, e=fitting error (cm), g=goodness of fit, v = translational
velocity,
r=rotational velocity, d= drift from the starting poistion.
The same lines appear also in graphical user interface log window.
