No, Jeff: I doubt he has. He's been caught up in the revolving door of politics - his previous two posts (Energy; Work& Pensions) didn't last a year for either one. He did better as Solicitor General; at least that lasted just over two years!
Depending on when the Dear Leader allows us a General Election, he may just make it to one year for his current post....

Sounds to me - "upload their own experiences"?! as if he hasn't got a clue what NHS Evidence is...

The Trust Library is undergoing a complete refurbishment and will be closed Monday 26 October for approx. 5 weeks. Thanks to funding secured from NHS Education South Central, the new look Library will be designed to provide an open and light space for staff to work.
During the renovation, we will have access to all of the books and 2009 and pre1992 journals and all of the online resources will obviously continue to be available including over 1000 electronic journals and over 200 electronic books, to access these please go to www.library.nhs.uk<http://www.library.nhs.uk/>
Finding the Evidence Training will continue as usual.
Staff will still be able to contact the Library team to request books, journals and literature searches by using the request forms on the intranet or by emailing [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>. and the library team will also be available to visit departments to speak about Library services or to provide training
Thank you for your patience at this time. The Library team look forward to welcoming you back once the building work is completed and to show you that the short term disruption to services was worthwhile. The Library intranet page will be kept up to date with details of how the refurbishment is progressing.

He has, but it would have been even better if he'd mentioned that the library located somewhere in your hospital, probably the Education Centre, can assist with the "Innovation and clinical leadership..." that is required and how to use NHS Evidence effectively.
