Hi Ankit,
Perhaps the more seasoned FSL folks can speak to this better, but I
did notice that your bvec file is not in the correct format. FSL takes
the bvecs in the format:
x1 x2 x3 x4 .... xn
y1 y2 y3 y4 .... yn
z1 z2 z3 z4 .... zn
So the bvec file should always be three lines in length. You need to
transpose your file such that instead of having 3 columns and n
gradients in rows it should have 3 rows and n gradients in columns.
