Hi,
it seems like you do not have a *.tar file in the folder.
The error message comes from
/chalmers/users/antony/data/fsl/fsl-4.1.4-centos4_32.tar.tar
which is not the correct file. The original file should be called
fsl-4.1.4-centos4_32.tar.gz
Check whether you accidentally renamed the original file.
