The Research Information Network paper on Communicating Knowledge which was referred to on lis-link recently seems to me to raise a number of matters on which the variety of lis-linker bodies ought to be acting. There is an @research_inform twitter feed, and a hashtag research09 which make a starting place.
There is a lot to read, so I grepped through on library, got hits for a subject called library and information science, but the library appears to be missing from communicating knowledge until I have had a much more thorough read.
The =20 continues I think to push jiscmail beyond acceptable use policy for communicating knowledge?
I don't know whether any lis-linkers have ever encountered a thing called a k drive, but I might make the archaeology of k my first case, or kase, for this, which makes it phKO.
