Hello,
This is one of those things that hasn't been sorted yet for Windows, the
basic problem being that we are creating the Windows release on a Mac
(bizarrely enough) and that only has one drive as the default. So we
think it ought to work with the data and code on the same drive but as you
have seen this doesn't work if the data and code are on separate drives.
Dan (once he hands in his thesis, in two weeks!) will hopefully be able to
look at this. He says to put this onto the bug tracker which you can find
at:
http://www.ccpn.ac.uk/ccpn/software/ccpnmr-analysis/public/
so that he doesn't forget.
I've taken a quick look at the code. And unfortunately I don't think
there's going to be a trivial work-around here because it looks like
sometimes it is losing one character and sometimes two. You could try
fooling it by adding one or two extra characters in the slot after the
drive where it is asking for the fileName in the verification dialog (so
in the "Verify File Details" tab), assuming that that the fileName is
correct there (but if it's already missing characters there then just put
them back). This is a bit of a long shot and even if that works I
wouldn't be surprised if something else goes wrong further downstream.
