Hi,
We have a similar situation, changing sets and our solution for this
year - is to keep students enrolled in both courses by keeping all,
live, withdrawn, transferred and completed students connected to the
courses.
This means that data is not lost in gradebooks, submitted work, blogs
and jounals(I hope!)
Eventually data can be copied or moved, but is not lost.

Subject: Transfering students
Hi everyone,
Has anyone got a solution for this:
Due to a massive increase in the number of cohorts we run, we are
getting more and more requests for transfers from one cohort to another.
The problem is that these student have often already submitted work and
received feedback from tutors.
Has anyone any idea how this information can be transferred between the
cohorts, short of enrolling as the student, resubmitting the work, and
then enrolling as the tutor to submit the feedback.
Which apart from being a major hassle, also raises all kinds of data
protection problems.
So any ideas?
Cheers

P.S. Does anyone know when Bb will work with IE8, particularly the
assignment tool.
