Sheila, thanks for your input and the link, which I found interesting as
visual art, and will not deny that semantic effects are possible in such,
but it seems to me that such effects are necessarily limited--perhaps
this is the point of such art. I must admit, though, that I am not
familiar with this sort of art, so anything I say is, at this point,
provisional.
