Before commenting it would be helpful to know the reason whey the GP is
recommending silk as opposed to cotton gloves. This would help in deciding
whether this makes sense.

Can anyone advise on the possible advantages of using the above please? I
have an employee whose GP has advised the use of silk gloves (as a liner
under his usual gloves) as opposed to cotton gloves.
I have no issue with paying the additional costs as long as I can see the
advantage.
