Hi Andy,
I can't see the rationale so I would ask the GP what theirs is?
There is a rumour that a few forum members may have some old parachute material stashed from WWII.

Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] Dermasilk gloves
Morning list,
Can anyone advise on the possible advantages of using the above please? I
have an employee whose GP has advised the use of silk gloves (as a liner
under his usual gloves) as opposed to cotton gloves.
I have no issue with paying the additional costs as long as I can see the
advantage.
Many thanks in anticipation,
Andy.
