The bvecs file are not currently corrected for the rotational components of
the eddy_correct corrections. I posted a version of eddy_correct that
allows you to do this a while back, but did not notice any significant
difference:

I have a question regarding eddy current correction script.
As I understand it's preformed both motion and eddy current correction.
While running the dtifit commanded running the tensor model at each voxel,
dose these correction in image orientation applied on the bvecs values?
Otherwise is there any way/need to do so?
